Damaged merchandise

I bought a woodstove. Hearth pad, all the pipe to install it. The pad came damage, but they put it down and said they called the office and Dwayne said that a new one would be ordered and brought right away. It has been ten months and nothing has been done. I have gone in and talked to him almost every month since then and he just blows me off by saying he orderd new tile for it. Seven tile were needed they only came out with 4. Now he says a new one will be ordered. Still nothing, I may be a widow, but I would like to be treated fairly! Could you please help me? Thank you so very much. Darlene Gleason
