Cash Rewards Refuses To Pay Monies Owed

I sold a home through a participating realtor with the promise in three years it would be worth $10,000 if all requirements were met. One of the requirements as stated on their website at the time and on the certificate was that a legible copy of your original birth certificate with the raised seal was sent in and also other info like a copy of your utilility bill.

I sent in a copy that was legible of my birth certificate along with a copy of my passport and drivers license. They also had a timeline which I would get my money. 90 days later i got a letter in the mail of denial and they also went beyond the timeline of when i should have recieved my money. I called the company and they said i could appeal it. The only reason for denial was I did not send my original birth certificate even though their rules clearly stated a legible copy.
I was denied again and so i filed a complaint with the BBB.

Since my complaint with the BBB this company has changed their website to clearly say they require the original. They will not return the originals and with what is provided can clearly be used for identity theft your original birth certificate and proof of residency.

I had a 2nd reward as well from another property i sold that was supposed to be worth $12,000 after 3 years. I sent in all the proper documents again and was denied again. This time they said i did not prove address. Which is false. I went and hired an attorney because they are cheating me out of $22,000. My attorney said this is fraud and if this has happened to you, i suggest you seek legal counsel. We are even going to try and file a class action law suit.

If any one else has had similar experience with this company not giving their money please respond here this transaction took place in the state of Connecticut.
