Take Your Money Quick And Deliver Nothing! Ripoff

The same thing happened to me. I had just been hired with a new company and needed my birth certificate quick. My employee was not going to be able to pay me unless I could produce my birth certificate and social security card. We had just moved into a new apartment and everything was in boxes. With everything in boxes, I could not locate my birth certificate. I order my birth certificate through VitalChek. I even paid additional to have it mailed to me quicker! After several attempts to get in touch with someone and after being transferred to many people, I finally filed a company with the company.

It has been over 3 years now. I have never received my birth certificate nor a refund for the money paid to them. Thank God my parents had a copy.
