Consumer Ripoff! Failure to pay Rewards

Cash Rewards Inc offers you a certificate to cash in after a large purchase such as a house, boat, or car. The seller purchases the certificate from Cash Rewards (in my instance, the real estate agent paid $1200 for my $6000 certificate) and then you receive it, do some paperwork, mail a copy of your certificate to another company called ITPA (aka Resolve Co.). After 3 years you mail in your certificate with original birth certificate, Purchasing statement, Rewards certificate. Then you get a rejection letter from Cash Rewards in a blank white envelope, no return address or number. They state all decisions are final, no appeal.in my case I was rejected for not having sent in my claim in a 7 day period. Whats funny is I have a certified postal receipt proving I did. They kept all my information, including my original birth certificate. When you call them, there is a recorded message, and no one calls you back. When you email them, you get no response. When you call ITPA (aka Resolve co) they state they have nothing to do with Cash rewards Inc and give you cash rewards phone number. Another funny thing is that ITPA is who I sent all my paperwork to to be "verified" since they are a "third party" with no "interest". Anyhow, its a big runaround rip off scam, whatever you want to call it. The seller loses, and so does the buyer. The only people who win are ITPA and Cash Rewards inc.
