Vital check is a scam, take your money and dont provide the service

I ordered a copy of my birth certificate online and paid $45.00 for copy of birth certificate and $7.25 processing fee, total of $52.25 charged to my credit card.

They only searched one county and not the five boroughs in New York state and then sent letter to me stating they could not find my birth certificate and no refund is due!!!

I told them I could understand maybe paying the processing fee but since I you did not give me a copy of my birth certificate, why am i being charged the $45.00 for the cost of one.

I was told that there is no refund because they looked. They obviously did not look hard enough.

I want my hard earned money back from these scam artists!!!
