I went to nycers office/brooklyn to have my nov-pension check mail to my home because i had change bank and i had direct depoist. Iwas told to complete a form and i did, however the desk clerk gave me wrong infomation, i should have been inform that it was to late. This young male did not know his job and this is unaccepted when dealing with someone money, i need my money to pay my bills. Now i have to wait on a paper check and this will take forever. Nycers need to update thier tired system. And place knowledge worker at desk to give pension custom the information.
