Bundle Billing Errors and Surprise $200 Charge on Closing

I thought bundling would be good. Not so, it started when Qwest couldn't block faxes to my home phone at 2AM. Then the TV was being charged two months at a time so you would really have to watch your bill close. Then they said I didn't bundled TV but it's on my bill, tried to change no luck. Then cell phone service was changed to a different carrier. I wanted to close my hole account internet / phone /TV and got the bill showing the TV still being billed so I called to see what was up and for the first time they informed me of a 200 dollar charge that was never mentioned at the time I was closing the account. I feel helpless to fight a large company that is truly in the wrong. And you sure can't complain to any supervisor or manager that customer service doesn't exist.
