Qwest ripoff

We called Qwest to get a third phone line installed. They said it would be $50.instead, they charged us $160 and refused to provide proof that we agreed to $160!!!

This is not the first incident with this company. I feel like I am spending all my time trying not to be scammed by Qwest. I am looking into other carriers.

Stay away from this company.
