Ripoff ripoff and forclosed

I have all of the same stories as the other people on here. I filed bankruptcy and my orginal mortgage co. Sold my loan to midland mortgage. Then thats when all of my problems started. I had been sending my payments to my original mortgage company and i did not even get notice that my loan was sold. So i continued to send my payments to cendant mortgage. About 3 months later i finally got a payment book in the mail for midland mortgage. So i called cendant they told me that the loan had been sold to them. Then i asked what happened to my payments that were being made to them they said they had forwarded them to midland. So i called midland and they said that they did not recieve them and that we needed to pay 5000 dollars to keep our loan or they were going to forclose so i said i have been making my payments but to cendant because i did not know that the loan was sold i never recieved anything telling me that it was sold. So midland said i need to figure it out. So i fought with cendant and got know where with these people. So midland said they were going to do a forbarence loan for us even though iwas not behind i did not want to lose my home so me and my husband agreed they said it would take about one month do all of the paper work. One month later still no paperwork i called and they said that they would just add that month to the program it took eight months for them to do the forbarance and the payment was going to be 1000. Oo dollars a month well i could not afford that so i said no and they forclosed on the house and me and my family had to move texas with my family. They caused alot of problems for me. I will never work with these people ever again.
