Disconnected, Never Reactivated, Then Paid Full Bill Under Pressure

This review is about Verizon home. I currently have verizon for home line and I wanted everybody to know the trouble I have had with them. Their customer service is horrible and they put different people on the phone to act as managers who make up stories, and outright scam people out of money. They disconnected my service, then when I paid they never reactivated it. I assumed it was closed as I never requested to reactivate it. Now they state they never disconnected it which was an outright lie.
Too avoid my credit being lowered i paid these scam artists in full. Low and behold I have a signal, its a miracle. What a coincidence...
I since called them to tell to take their service and shove it their A$x...
Buyer beware of Verizon scam artists
They scammed me for $200..
