Lack of Refund

I ordered the items 3/10 online and i didnt get it for a few weeks and when it came, i tried it on realized it was to small. I didnt get the product til around 3/30.

I mailed it back in early april around the 15th with a tracer from the post office. I never heard from them. I called and they said I was over the 10 day period from purchase to get my money back, but I didnt receive it until after my 10 day grace period. I paid for it on my credit card and I can not get a refund from them because of their weird rules.
