I was speaking to a man on the phone about grant's. Apparantly he decided i did not have what ever he needed to make it work, he couldn't get off the phone faste enough. I was still talking when he hung up on me.

The next week they took money out of my bank account unarrthorized as far as i was concerned. I talked to a women and she noted i had not recieved any of the opening paperwork i didn't know what she was talking about and she asked for refund from her company.

Now if she felt good enough about asking for the refund, you would think it was legitimate or just another trick of their's.

Now they are refusing the refund saying i filed my objection after their grace period.

Well, of course i did, i didnt know anything about what they were doing or why. $29.97 maybe a small amout of money to them but not to me, i live on disability and it's gold to me.

Besides what they did was just wrong.
