Ripoff! They didn't mail my refund check

Business Makers (at the time) made me a guarantee that if I paid $135.99 for six months and did not make $2700-$4000 a month at the end of said period, I would receive a complete refund of all money paid to Business Makers.

I started making $135.99 payments to Business Makers on September 6.By March 6 the financial goal of $2700-$4000 had not been reached.in fact, according to my back office, I had only made $4.00. After several faxes, telephone calls, and emails (customer support tickets) I still have not received a refund.

All I heard was "your check is being mailed from the UK (United Kingdom) on the 15th of May and should arrive in a couple of weeks." By this time the refund check was already late. The stipulation is as follows: You will receive your refund within a month and 2 weeks after your 6 month period is over. According to my calculations, at the very least I should have received my refund by April 23.
