Saw TV commercial saying they were givivng away you pay shipping. Owner said that once you reviewed this you would be using more of their products. Couldn't get thru on ph# listed so ordered online expecting the same offer. Shipping charges totalled $6.95.
Two days later 3 charges totalling $6.95 show up on charge acc't. Thought that was end of charges. Videos arrived a week later. Haven't even been able to look at program as of yet.

Two weeks later charge of $189.95 shows up - overdrawing my acct. -causing ataumatic coverage from savings acc't.
Customer service issues R.A. # but it won't return money till i pay for return shipping, they ok return product, then 2-3 weeks to return $. Raise hell with supervisor & get 3 day refund.

Call back after finding out they will keep sending me other products I am not requesting, but will keep charging me for these other products if I don't have them back in their possesion in 10 days at my expense. No answer on ph #. I am disabled & have glacoma & can't read the find print they use, but am falling victim to their shell game. Meanwhile they have depleted my only cash i have to live on till my next month disability check or they get it back in my acc't.
