Video Professor
Refund request and stop billing

Miscellaneous

Video Professor keeps sending me their products when I did not request them to do so. After receiving their first product I thought it would be free. The product arrived in the mail without any information about their offer or return policy. After a couple of months I noticed my credit card was being charged for the product and other products I did not request. After calling the video professor office number noted on my credit card bill I was told that I was too late in returning the product. I stated to Sheila (Video Professor employee) that I felt this was not a fair practice and she told me that no refund is passable and that there is nothing that can be done about it. The only thing she said she could do is cancel any further orders, which she confirmed she had done. I then requested to speak to a manager and Sheila said that no supervisor was available and that it would not make a difference. After much insisting to speak to a manager Sheila took my name and phone number and said a supervisor would call me back. After not hearing from a manager or supervisor I have been unsuccessful in trying to contact someone at Video Professor. I am also not receiving additional Video Professor products but I am continuing to get additional charges on my credit card. At this point I do not know how to proceed except with filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau or take legal action. Hopefully John Scherer of Video Professor will read this and can take the initiative to refund my money and stop any further charges. The customer numbers on the product packaging that I received but did not want are E3533520, IE6352735-5469637; E3533520, IE6411547-5511837; E3533520, IE6466924-5548350
