I feel that i was DIscrimanated against

I was told by Jonathan Braggs on Sun. Nov. 9 that i was being writing up because Dr. And Mrs. Vora wanted him to write me up because there rooms left and because the laundry had not be done I'm assuming the day before. I was told that i had already beeen giving a previous warning which isn't true. How ever the day before I was told by Jonthan Barggs that he and i need to walk every vacant and ready room in the hotel to ensure that each room were up to standard, Jonthan and i only walked the first floor only leaving a few rooms out of order that needed repairs that housekeeping could not due. Johnathan who is the General Manager said to leave the rooms out and leave them in Dirty to be repaired int he morning, he also stated that it was o.K. To leave the Laundry the way it was until morning just have everything cleared before Dr. Vora arrives. I was at work from 8:00A.M. Until 9:00P.M. On Sat. Nov. 8 trying to make sure the rooms were ready. ON Sun. Nov. 9 i receive my write-up for leaving those rooms and the Laundry per. Johnathan Braggs. Then around 8:30P.M. That evening i receive a voice mail stating that i was no longer needed per. Dr. Vora and Steve Shear who is part of the Management co. For Lesuires. I called Steve shear on the phone he didn't know anything about me being terminated he had no Ideal. The message was left by Johnathan Braggs. Sense Johnathan has taking over he has informed several people that he would be replacing me with a white Supervisors, I'm Sorry i faile to mention that i was the Exceutive Housekeeper for the Hilton Garden Inn In Shreveport, La. My assitsiant was also fired and replaced by Theresa Langley who Johnathan Braggs wanted me to train and i did not do so because i was training her to replace me. Johnthan also informed me that this was not true and that he would not be replacing me. However this did happen and i have been replaced.
