Made 40 payment said when post I would have limit of 90 on a 300 limit now my limit is only 30 dollars, and a 39 dollar late fee, Tampa

I was really excited about the card, my payments or on the 3rd of the month. I am disabled and get my money on the 1 and the 3rd. Now if i mail my payment and it get there after the 8th its late and thats not fair, you r expecting a 90 to use than the late fee take all your money down to 30 and the thing about is you will never improve your credit that way, this card is a rip off
