Over-limit and late fees on $300 card with wage garnishment threat

My initial credit limit was 300.00. I paid ontime every month. First they claimed the payments was late causing an over limit fee and late fee.

Every month the charges increased. Twice a year they billed me an annual fee. Which again took me over the limit. I complained to them they promised to remove the charges and never did.

They have issued a judgement against me for close to 2000.00 and have threatened to garnish my wages
