These guys are a total rip off california

Orchard Bank will gladly give you a card especially if you have bad credit but don't let yourself be fooled.

If you get anywhere near your credit limit and happen to be a little late with your payment guess what, it won't even begin to cover the amount due.

They tack on a late fee that throws you over the credit limit and then tacks on another stupid fee for being over limit. It's not that YOU went over the credit limit, THEY pushed you over the limit.

And good luck trying to get that stuff straightened out. All they see are the dollar signs THEY have created and will accept nothing less.

If that's not bad enough, when they do call you to set up a payment plan and give you an amount to pay, by the time that is done there is already another late and over the limit fee.

You CANNOT win with these guys. If I were you and received an approved Orchard Bank card, I would cut it up and throw it away, even if your credit is bad. Cuz guess what, the way they do business will keep your credit bad with reports to the credit bureau of being over limit. They keep you that way. My husband and I learned the hard way.
