They lied to me at the time I bought the 3 months package deal

They lied to me, by telling me I could put my package deal on a freeze any time I wanted too, and when I put it on freeze for 3 weeks, then when I returned back they told me I only had 6 days left telling me that I couldnt put a 3 months package deal on freeze so now I am out of 3 weeks of tanning. I called the mananger, Tuesday morning to verifiy this, Her name is Jessica, and she told me the same story, telling I cant put it on a freeze and she wouldnt help me, I bascially paid for 3 months and only recieved 2 months of pay, they RIPPED ME OFF! By lying to me!!! This is really upsetting me! I wasted money when I could have went some where else!
