Thieves and Horrible Customer Service - Tanning Services

After being told I could freeze my account and $5.00 being deducted from my checking account each month it never happened and for 3 months they took over $70.00 per month. I was told I would be credited the full amount of the 3 months, but the thieves at their corporate office said they couldn't find any justification and had no record of my "freeze request. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware I was supposed to be given any paperwork when I requested the freeze and was only given a receipt when I made the initial payment. When I spoke to the guy in the Hermitage, TN Sun Tan City on Lebanon Road in Oak Wood Commons Shopping Center, he first battled with me and gave me a hard time. After refusing to take his answers, he called his "supervisor" and then I was told I would be refunded the over $200.00 they owed me. I never saw the refund and called the corp office only to be told my request was denied%u2026this was after being told I was getting my money back. This is nothing but theft by deception. This is only the first complaint I am making as my next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau to report Sun Tan City for being criminals.
