I purchased a 1 bed room there on 5/24/08 at 3:26pm and she made it very clear that if i have someone there he would be asked to leave and I told her that my brother is with me but he is not staying, he is just helping me with my belongings, and she said he need to come in and show his Id and fill out paper work which he did and she gave me the card. I told my brother to let me look around outside while you get me something to eat because the place looked like it was bad so my brother was only gone for 5 minutes he brought my belongings up the stairs and I tried to get into the room and she locked the room from her office so I went and told her that I can't get into the room and she said he need to bring her his Id card and I told her he is not staying he just helping me with my things just like I told you. And she said I can't let you into the room and I said then you give me back my money so when i reached int my purse to give her card back it flipped out at her onto the desk and she said you are not getting your money bsck and I am calling the police so we both called the police and I explained to them what happened and he said this is a civil suit and I need to take it up in court. And then the officer went to talk to her. And he came back out and ask me what do Iwant to do I said want the room so I can calm myself down I was getting sick because I am a diabetic. And she said no I want her off my premisses, and that is because I saw a black guy bring her a 6 pack of beer and i saw them pass drugs it was a round white little bag.
