They wrongly accused me of shoplifting

I went to leave with my wife to go get a load. One of the women said that i took a cd. I went inside and she called the police.

I thought as i didn't have the cd on me that it would get figured out fast once the the cops got there. Well they went in and looked at the film and the cop (sheriff) said that i did it. He then took me in and showed me the film. It was the poorist quality video i have ever seen.

It was choppy at bet and very jumpy. I got takin to the jail. The judge that said that i was guilty did not even look at the film. He just listened to the sheriff"s statement and the lady that accused me.

I may not have asked the right questions when at court. They had the da and i had myself.

Its been about 2 years and its sill a problem to get a job now with that on my record. Its now costing me lots.

And i had to go back to the city to go to court, so thats train fare hotel ect. Thankfully it was not far fron home.
