Deceptive and dishonest

I recently as of Saturday received a notice in the mail stating that my account has been closed for non payment!!!

Well I was very confused, I have payed my account on time every time actually early every month and way more than my minium payment since I have had my card 2 years. So I called customer service for I had posted a $300 dollar payment and my limit is 640.00 I went online to check my balance it shows zero and that I owe them a balnce of $400. Keep in mind that they have closed my account and this is from what I understand a card that you have to put a cash advance on an ordinary to use it.

So I spoke with someone who spoke very little english and asked them why I would owe them money when they should owe me for putting a $300 payment on there. They just kept telling me over and over that I owe a balance of $400. I am so confused and feel like I have totally missed something so I asked for there advisor or a manager and the next guy I spoke with it was the same script. So I aske to speak with his advisor for nothing was getting resolved. They told me someone would call me tomorrow.

I am so confused if I put 640.00credit on my card and used all 640.00 why should I owe them money shouldn't it be a zero balance???
