This isn't the first time fifth third has ripped my husband and I off

This isn't the first time Fifth Third bank has ripped my husband and I off. The first time they did we had overdraft protection and they still overdrawn our account. My husband went to the banking center and complained. He threaten to close our account due to wrongful charges. This time it's much worse. I should first start off by saying my husband is in Korea serving our country. He is in the Army. We decided to set up two accounts. He has direct deposit and gets paid twice a month. Every month I take his check out and put it in our second account leaving him spending money for the month. This month (October) our daily balance for the 9th was $88.09. I had paid a bill totaling $75.00 that next day. And the only charge that was pending was a $3.50 charge my husband had made leaving our balance for the day to be $9.59 which it even said it was on our online statement. On 10/14 my husband made several charges however I had made online transfers to that account on the 14th. I made 3 transfers totaling 55.00. They had charged us 74.00 in over draft fees at the begining of the day when neither my husband or myself had made any charges. They had set it up to where the charges were made before the transfers so we got charged. I didn't notice this until the end of the day when we had an ending balance of -55.00. On the 15th of the month my husband gets paid. We got over 1000 in the bank at that point. I did what I usually do and transfered 800 over to the other account. But at the beginning of the day again they charged us 222.00 in overdraft fees. At this point I called the bank and talked to Brenda a customer service lady who was quite rude. Aren't they suppose to be friendly to their customers? Besides the point, I tried to tell her I didn't understand why we were getting overdrafted so many times and she looked up my account and said that they were all legit. Which is false. I was then charged again on the 16th totalling 190.00 for that day in over draft fees. I called again and this time was not too friendly. They told me they couldn't reverse any fees that my account was overdrawn by me and they were not going to help. I am furious that they would charge my account the same day I put money in. I guess they don't want to have customers. They aren't friendly in their work. They are liars for all I'm concerned. So totalling all our fees for Just october adds up to be 486.00!!! That is rediculous!
