Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan
1 year TV protection did not cover anything SONY would not cove

We bought this 200 dollars protection plan for our SONY big screen TV because the employee told you that we will be covered in almost everything. You pay because you think they will cover an accidental damage that SONY would not cover. The screen was punked on the handling and I called and asked they said it is covered, so I asked the person of Circuit City on the phone: Can you tell me the advantages for the customers to buy your plan? Can you tell me what damages you cover that SONY does not cover by their own warranty they give to the customers anyways? She just said she did not understand my questions. Yeah sure! She just did not have the answer. It was a rip off of two hundred dollars.

Do not buy this kind of plans because if something happen they just will deny whatever you are asking for. Besides with that money you can buy eventually a new one!
