Looking for a prt time job and getting Rip off again. First by wall street now this

They sent me a check for $2985.50 and told me to deposit the check. When it is cleared call them back and they will let me know how to spend the check for the differnt surverys. Now i am calling the phone number back no one is anwering and the mail box is full. It is now causing me $20.00 to fix that in my checkiging acct. And i can't remove the money with out additional penalties.
