Going into my account and taking funds out, unauthorized, causing me fees for insufficient funds. After they told me my account was paid in full

I'd a classic charge card acct. That went into standard and Allstate Financial Services was managing my acct. I called to create payment plans. They stated with curiosity it went as much as $579.00, around that quantity. And so I put up payment per month of $116. Following the 2nd or 3rd cost I named and stated I'd prefer to spend the total amount entirely. They stated for me personally to pay for $312 also it might shut my acct. Once cost went thru they'd deliver me a notice declaring I had been removed. Next point you realize inspections were still being set thru in my own acct. I named and questioned why easily settled entirely? These were horrible, they really hung-up on me several times, wouldn't describe why, no solutions to why I had been screamed at, endangered with legitimate motion, but never did I obtain acall stating a check returned or they were starting my acct. To get resources, not really a phone to request agreement. After many efforts I talked with somebody who was suppose to be always a boss and he explained a few my checks returned. And so I questioned him to I would like to understand what I owed and that I might spend without any issue. I named the financial institution and discovered just the look for $312 and (1) for $116.18 removed. I sent him the check in the bank and he nevertheless reported about this not being authorized but I told him it had been removed and prepared thru their lender, Wells Fargo it was September 17 and also the check was prepared 6/19/09 for that quantity $312.00 and also the look for $116.18 was prepared 5/19/09. After I talked to him on 7/17/09 he explained my acct. Was compensated entirely and that I must obtain a notice shortly afterwards. Today come 8/3/09 and I'm being charged $241.32 thru them. For what? Why have I never obtained a phone? Notice? Something to inform me about that cost or standing on my acct.? All I'd like would be to clear this screw up. Watch out for this collection agency.
