Taking money without consent

On july 21 the company EWC took $37.00 out of my account without consent. I called my company right away to dispute the cause. I waited 2 month to see if i would get my money back but no luck the company EWC said that it was a llegle trans action. I never heard about this company. Never purchase anything from that company. I am up set that they took my money. It's hard when a person like me is not working and is expecting a child for just anyone to take anybody's money. I will fight and get to the bottom of this sooner or later. I had to change my accounts everything which i shouldn't have to do. It got to the point that Netspend company can't even help me. Or anyone else.
