Threatening to send me back into garnishment

I filled banckrupcy about 10 years ago which include my student loan.

We were awarded the discharge and I thought that was the end of it.

I was contacted about 6 months later by a collection agency and i sent them a copy of the bankrupcy and never heard from them again. About 3 years ago I started getting calols form GC Services at work and at home. After several attempts to settle this (they never asked to see the bk papers and I could not send them to them) i was sent garnishment paperwork and as the payroll manager I called them and agreed to pay them 40 dollars a week. The orginal loan was 8,000 and now my balance was 18,000 dollars. I have been paying them for about 2 years and then they called and I agreed the set up payments to release the garnish. They first told me $50.00 a month and then said that was not enough and we agreed on $136.00 a month. I sent them a voided check, my drivers licence, and my social security card. Things went great for 2 months. Last month nothing came out of my account. I call and was told to wait a day or two because of the Holiday. I was at work and received a call and was told that my account did not have enough money in it and I was going back into garnishment immediately. After serveal attempts to discuss this with the lady on the phone (there was more than enough money in my account) she told me I had 2 days to send them $156.00 and it could only be sent to them by wester union. I lost my cookies when I found out it would cost me about $50.00 through western union. I called back and was told there was no other way to send them the money. I asked to speak to a manager and after 5 minutes of agruing with this woman I was given to a manager. After several phone calls I found out they were putting in the wrong account no. But I still owe them the service charge. I was also told to change banks because my bank won't process their requests. My bank did it twice when the accout was right. Now it has been another 2 weeks of attempting to make this payment and I still can't get anything settled. What kind of Company was no address to mail them a check, no way of using a credit card, and no way to correct their mistake but to move my account?

When I was making garnish payments they went through the mail, what't the deal? Any sugestions would to helpful
