Storm Construction Non payment of wages Plymouth / Pataskala personal Residence

Shaun Vanderpool claims that he has paid me with a money order for work performed for his company Storm Construction LLC as a 1099 employee.

I have not received this payment.

I was told this was a W-2 position and NOT a 1099. After I arrived at the remote site I discovered that it WAS a 1099 job and immediately quit.

Mr. Vanderpool bragged to me about how he kept some ex employee's check for $3500.
