Ripoff

Z Tel Communication is showing on my credit report despite my never receiving their service. I never had Z Tel. I've always had Ameritech for phone service. I do recall being contacted by Z Tel at one time regarding their service and as I had never heard of them I declined. I want this off of my credit report as it is jeopardizing my home loan.
