Very poor communication

I had account with this company and I gave them good business from friends and family.
I had to leave my job where they always send me the bill and after a month of not communicating with me and they stoped the service i went to the office, they had my E-mail address and personal phone number and home address, I found that they been sending the bills to my old job, I paid the bills up to date even so they did not provide the service for that month as they claim I was late on paying, after talking to one of the managers and resolve all the problems with him as they had more than one on the service they provide, i confirmed with them my new mailing address and was good.
A month later I found out that they reported on my credit a very damaging report, I tried talking to them to correct there action as it was not my fault they answered that it was a poor communication in their offices, me paying them was not noted on time and they ignored me.
I think if this company did not find a better way of communication and more quality personals to work for them we will not see them soon, I am not the only one that pulled his business out because of their bad business practice.
