This company's billing practices are totally outrageous

They bill you ahead each month for service. If you have service problems and call them, they put you on hold for long periods of time. Then when you ask to disconnect the service, they tell you they can not disconnect until afteren after you bring in certain equipment. Then when you bring in the equipment, they tell you they have to schedule an appointment to come out and disconnect the service. None of this do they tell you at the time you sign up for the service. And they keep charging you for service even though you do not have the service until they get out to disconnect, which can take up to at least a week.in addition to that, they do not give detail bills on phone bills. They will also continue to charge you even though you are having technical difficulties which they can not fix but which have nothing to do with anything that you have done or not done.
