I have to pay them off in order to get a mortgage, never used the service

These people called me, said that"a friend of mine" had given them my name, called constantly until I finally agreed to come in. When I finally went in to the office I was talked into signing up by a very high pressure saleswoman even though I told her I couldnt afford it and didnt have a credit card. I walked out, then turned back and was told the office was closed and I could not go back in. I called the next day and was told the salesmanager was too busy to talk to me. They put me off even though I told them I wanted to cancel. There was never anyone that I could talk to.

I never used the service in any way, they did not provide any service to me at all. Now they are coming after me for $5,000. I can't refi my house until I pay this off. Its been somewhere between 7 & 10 years... So long ago I dont even remember, and I have to pay these jerks!!!
