Miscellaneous

On 6-10-08 We called Hermitage Heating and Air to find out why our air was not working. They repaired the Air stating "blower motor not working, had to replace motor, capaciter and sequencer. Unit Running good now"
Was told the Heater was stuck in on and they shut heater off

On 7-1-08 Called them back Air was not working The fixed stating "The blower was not running, it had a bad starter cap had to put in new one an is on now. Also said Heater Coil Wires needed to be replaced but did not have wire on truck an to call in fall for replacement

On 9-5 Air Conditioner Blew, saw smoke out of vent, would not run, saw a very small amount of water on top drain saw burnt wires on bottom of Unit. Called on 9-8 Same tech camer out, would not tell us what is wrong said the cause was the filter and the water in the drain caused the issue I asked him about the wiring for the heater coil and he refused to answer my questions and left the house

I called another Air person and he said the sequencer is burnt out, did not see any water damage and the filter did not cause the issue.
