Complaint against Pharmazone Labs

Issue - Criminal Business Practices

After hearing a commercial on the local radio station ; Advertising the Viaprin breath strips for $9.99 shipping, I decided to call and place an order. I spoke with the sales rep. For about 5 mins and ordered the product.

I specified i did not want my cc to be held in their system and i do not want any further transactions unless i called to place another order, The sales rep agreed and assured that this would not happen. I informed the rep that this would void the transaction taking place. I then confirmed the total of the transaction which was $9.99. This took place on 11-24-06. Two more charges from WC*VALUE plus and WC* EXPLORE USA in the amounts of $1.00 each were billed to my account on the same day. 12-01-06 Unauthorized charge from Pharmazone labs in the amount of $59.90 were billed to my account. 12-14-06 Unauthorized charge from WC*VALUE PLUS in the amount of $16.95.01-02-07 Unauthorized charge from WC*EXPLORE USA in the amount of $16.95.01-06-07 Unauthorized charge from WC*VALUE PLUS amount $16.95.

These companies are associated with Pharmazone labs. I had called Pharmazone and filed a complaint with Jessica at 480-247-8967 on 12-17-06 she said for a refund just return the product and my account would be credited with the $59.90 12.88 return shipping charges within 30 days. The product was shipped 12-18-06 and was received on 12-21-07. Todays date 01-19-07 i have had to call my bank and alert them to the fraudulent activities with this company. From what should have been just a $9.99 charge which was authorized. Has resulted in a total of $135.58 charges on my checking card. I now have had to change my cc# and i am now writing my congressman, the BBB, and am considering legal action against this company.

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!
I really hope a lawsuit will be filed against this company and put them out of business. I have started a petition just email me and ill forward it to you. If we get enough pissed off people we can file a lawsuit and hit em where it hurts!
