C R England is a rip off!

Please be advised that this company is a no good company and only cares about making money. They say a bunch of lies and get you stranded out there.

My husband was told that this was a really good company to work for so he called them up. They told him on the phone that they were going to get him a ticket and that he would be in orientation for 3 days then go on the road with a driver for 1 week and then be able to go home. They said that they were going to pay for his meals while he was in orientation and also pay for the orientation.

So he left and went there. When he got there, he found out that they were not going to pay for his orientation and he would half to supply his own meals. That he was to be in orientation for 4 days now and then spend 10 to 14 days on the road with the driver. So he went thru the orientation, then went with the driver. He didn't start getting paid until 5 days after he was there and was only getting paid 61.48 a day. Then he found out that he had to pay $35.00 for his own medical exam.

He was told that he was going to get paid 11 cents a mile for all miles that he was with the driver. When he got his check, he only got paid the 61.48 a day. Then he went with the driver for 5 days and then came back for 3 and left for 3 more days. Got back to the company office and was told had to complete more things. Now, he has completed them all and has been gone for now 3 weeks and has only gotten paid for 7 days of the whole time. He is stuck out there waiting on a truck and load which is going to take another 2 to 3 weeks to get.

I am sorry but this is not right. They say one thing then go and say another thing. They scam people and they are screwing people over left and right. This is not a good company and I would recommmend that no one goes with this company.

I now had to pay for him to come back home and this is not right due to the fact that I do not work due to having 4 children ranging from 2 to 10 years old, which one is disabled. So, my tending to this children keep me busy enought that it's hard for me to work. Now, with him loosing the month that he's been there and no income, it is causing us to have issues with money and we could not only loose our place but loose everything that we have. I would like to thank the company for all the crap they put my husband and family thru because of the lies that they lead people to believe. And my husband is not the only one who is going thru this, there are at least 100 more people.

This is just a warning to anyone who is trying to get a job. My husband has told me that the company sent a driver to California to pick up a load and then when the driver got there, they told him that he had to wait 2 to 3 days to get the load. So the driver was stuck out there waiting on a load. There is another driver there that has worked for the company for a year now and had to wait until he was working for them for 11 months before he could get a day off due to the company says that the only way the driver's get any days off is if they request them. This si unsafe. They have too many accidents and just the other day there was a mechanic that got killed. This company is a joke and lies, and is very unsafe. Please be advised of the company. I feel sorry for the ones that are stuck there now and have no way home. This company needs to be reported and I hope someone sues this company for all they are worth and then some.

Just, to anyone looking for a job, please be warned not to go with this company. I am going to let anyone and everyone I know about this company. I do not want to see anymore people get screwed by this company.
