Fraudulent Debt Collecto

Midland Credit Management sent me a letter indicating that I can settle my old househould bank account that was closed when I consolidated my debt in 2004. Their letter head has three different addresses listed on it 8875 Aero Drive, Suite 200 San Diego Ca 92123, Dept 12421 Po Box 603 Oaks Pa 19456, Department 8870 Los Angeles Ca 90084-8870. I called and asked why they reported negative feedback on my credit report. I was dealing with an overseas representative that got so confused and didnt make any sense. I told him to have this removed from my credit file and he said it would take "90 days for it to be removed". I reported this to the credit bureau and will file a complaint with the FTC. This is disgusting and I hope that Barac Obama is elected so that America is restored with happiness and the outsourcing to India stops!
