Reported someone else's debt on my credit bureau ripoff

After receiving letters and calls from Midland Credit Management to collect on a debt that was not mine I spoke to several managers who all verified they do not have an account under my Social Security. They all assured me my address and phone number would be removed.in 4/06 this debt appeared on my Credit Bureau, when I called them to straighten it out I was hung up on by 3 associates and transferred to a closed dept by the 4th associate.

Finally I got a rep who again verified I do not have an account with them and blamed the reporting on the Credit Bureau.

I still have not gotten this resolved, I have filed FDCPA complaints, a complaint with Midland Credit Management, a complaint with the CBR and am still waiting for resolution.

This company uses Skip tracers to find someone with the same name and obtain there SS# fraudulently (which can be obtained by many differed skip tracing databases such as Accurant) This company is horrible. I have noticed I am not the only person this has happened too.
