Defrauded me two bank payments of eighty-nine dollars and thirty-one cents

As is with most of these companies, this one kept bombarding me with e-mails and phone calls. I eventually said to them via telephone to send me the sample bottle of their colon cleanser. Their offer was one sample for trial for 14 days following which, if not cancelled by phone, they will go ahead and send a 60 tab bottle of the cleanser. Two bottles arrived at the same time. One with 20 tabs and the other with 60.

At the time I wondered why two bottles when during our telephone conversation I agreed to try the product for free. I tried calling them on several occasions but the waiting time was endless. Anyway I was not very worried because I knew I had time to cancel if need be and even so the cost of the product cannot be that much to give cause for alarm.

But apparently, these vagabons went into my checking account almost immediately and charged $ 89.31 on July 9. This was mere hours after our conversation. This charge was discovered in my end of July bank statement. Then, on August 26 instant, while checking the activity history of my account I discovered that on said day Fulfillment Center charged another $89.31 against my account.

I eventually got an agent on the telephone who told me that the amount is what I agreed to and that the second shipment of the product is already on the way. They can only refund the second charge if I refuse the product and send it back to them within 30 days. I cannot get a refund on the first charge even though I did not agree to this amount, I did not authorise the purchase and most importantly did not have enough time to try the product and make a decision toward a purchase.
I need help and or advice on how to proceed in an effort to get my money back
