Frauding taking money out of my bank account and will not stop even though I cancelled and sent product back

I purchased an example for 4.99. Subsequently, without my authorization they remove 88.97 out-of my banking account. I delivered the merchandise they delivered to me although not again-this month they've billed my bill 88.97. After I delivered the merchandise back, I told them-not to deliver anymore however they keep doing.
Please help me.
