I was contacted by a Zeboria Taylor, representing First Universal Lending, stating their ability to assist me in filing a loan modification the monthly payment on my mortage. I explained that I was going through one with my mortgage company and was having difficulties contacting the negoiator working on my case. Ms Taylor assured me that they were able to help and for me to fax documents to her, which I did and they emailed their contract to me. She assured me that it would be resolved in two months, however wher the papers came it did not state that. Aia called her back before I signed the contract and she told me tat they usually get the process completed in two months, the longesy four and the cost would be $1400.00.

I t is now more than four months, and still no results. They preventd me from accepting the workout that was offered me by my mortgage company, saying that they could get a much better offer, now my house is in foreclosure as a result of their lies. It is a shame that in these hadr time a company is out there praying on volnurable comsumers. They gave me a personal representative Jacqui Mullen, that I am unable to get directly, I leave messages at her extensions (561) 340-1212 ext. 291, email jmullen @firstuniversallending.com. These people need to be stopped, people are losinh their home due to their false information.
