The Auto Exchange
They sold me an inferior vehicle, had me signed this made up two-page agreement, which i believe was bogus, got the vehicle back and kept my downpayment

The auto exchange is a total ripoff, they should me this inferior vehicle, about two months ago. They sented me this guaranteed approval letter, So i came in and that's when all the trouble stared. First of all i told that i only worked 20 hrs. A week. They that fine you're already approved, so they showed me this truck and it was nice, but i pointed out some damages, and they said it would be taking off if i purchase the vehicle. So i put $600 and told them i'll bring the rest ina couple of weeks. Meantime the vehicle kept stopping on me because they had a junk battery in the truck and was refusing to get me a new battery that was stong enough to pull the weight of the truck.
So ihad to go back and forth tell they finally agreed to give me a new battery. I should smell a rat then. Then thay made me take out insurance with this no name ins.Co. That i could never reached till i put a stop payment on the check.
So i finnally talk to them reinstated the check and gave the dealer addition $520 and then they said that they were still trying to put things together. Then a week later they said they needed a co-sighner, so my mom came to cosign, but then they said they had to do the deal all over again. We were told to come back. A week and half later they sent two at mid-night to repo the truck.
I called back the next day they claim the finance was gone for the weekend and would not be in till tues, called then and he gave me the run around and said he had to pull my fill. Never called me back untill i called the states attoneys office. Then i called him back for him to refer me to the bogus agreement he had me sign. Which reads all money will be kept evenif you do't want the vehicle. So in closing be aware read everthing with a fine tooth comb or get legal help!
