Mastercard ripoff took advantage of me with stupid fees!

I had the card for a couple years and changed addresses twice. Both times they screwed up the address changes.in september i switched apartements all they needed to change was 3338 and the appartment number.

I sent in the address change on the payment 3 times and called twice. Two months later i get a lot of collection calls, and it turns out they never changed the address and my balance went from 220 to over the limit of 400.

They charge me a ten dollar fee a month for statments and 30 dollars for late fees.

I had to pay over 200 dollars in late fees and over the limit fees because they were to stupid to change the address.

Now on january 22 i got a new card that allowed balance transfers.By accident two payments were sent to cross country, therefore one was stopped.

They received the final payment and closed the account on january 31. Then on february 5 i receive a letter stating i have to pay a 30 dollar fee for a stop payment.

I called to dispute this and the rep tried to say my payment was late, she was lying because the account was closed and paid off before they received the stopped check.

This wasn't even my check it was a transfer check from my new card. My new card is more helpful with this issue than cross country.

Cross country has ripped me off for the last time i paid to shut them up in the past but i am tired of paying.

I dont make a lot of money i can't afford to keep paying there stupid fees that they pull out of their asses.

These two inccedents are only the most recent when i first opened the card they hit me with fees all the time, but i was a new credit holder and didn't understand and they knew that and took advantage of me.
