Water damage to walls and carpet after 4 attempts at falling short of going far enough to find the leak

From the day after We moved Into the apartment We found wet carpet In the hall ajacent to the bathroom and below the air conditioner which Is In the ceiling.

We had the maintenance man look at it and exclaimed he would fix It. They cleaned up the water and thought they fixed It. That was over a month ago. Not one day has passed that We have not had some kind of water leak from the same location and the maintenance people falling short of going far enough to actually find the leak. Since the 28th of June till the 8th of August they have neglected to go far enough to find the source of the leak. They keep saying this and that about what they "THINK" Is the source.

This Is like a person with terminal Cancer being told they "Think" they found the source of your stomach ache but only giving you TUMS and not doing the proper search of eliminating the worst case scenerio which Is CANCER first! With putting off doing the hard look the patient then dies.

If we have not had one day without this constant sopping carpet we have not had the reasonable comfort of the apartment we put up our money for.

I will pursue their Incompetance right to the Television Station that just loves to shine their cameras In the faces of those who take advantage/time / and money from the general public through lazyness.
