Committed fraud, took money from me

I moved to new location and directv adv free move. After tech installed dish he charged me 75.00 and i made a check payable to him. I called directv and they said cancel check which i did. For 3 days i get many calls from the tech that threatened to come to my home and committ bodily harm on me. I am totally disabled and called and e-mailed directv many times asking for help which i did not get. I was scared because there was 3 big men wanting to come harm me. The installation was not done properly and after several requests a supervisor came and looked at the job. He stated the installation was very bad and the pole was the wrong size and dish not pointing right. They had to redo the complete job. I did not sign a contract. I was in hosp and was late on my payment and they turned it off. I paid the 66.00 i owed them and after that they wanted more money to turn it back on in which i told them to forget it.

The after a couple of months i noticed directv took 585.00 from my account that i used to make my payments on a 1 time payment at a time. I called my bank wachovia and told them i did not auth this and they should get my money back. They refused to do so. They said directv said i owed them this. Did the bank have any proof... No. This was my ss disability check and they put me in the neg of 400.00. I now cannot afford to get my needed heart meds or other meds i needs. Directv said they would send me 245.00 back in 6-8 weeks for the reciever that i sent back. I notified them to come remove this big satellite dish on a pole in my yard and this said they now consider it part of the home. I advised them that i will bill them 20.00 a day storage for their equip being stored in my yard and they said no. I need help.
