Cashcall The loan that keeps going & going & going & going!

Back in August my husband and I took out a loan with Cachcall for $5000.00. We have been making payments of $250.31 every month. Here recently we ran into more financial problems so we became late but always made up the payment.

Of course they started calling us with threats, calling up until as late as the law would allow.in all of this my husband I started researching our loan with them. As of today we have paid $9011.16, over $4000.00 more then we borrowed. Of course we expect to pay interest but I think we have paid our dues. When we started questioning them and asking for pay off amounts they would not respond.

They started sending e-mails making threats, calling my husband at work harassing even calling him an idiot. Now they want us to sign a remodified loan document stating we will continue to make these payments until November.By that time we will pay them $33,040.92 for a $5000.00 loan.

They also said that if we want to make a pay off it would be $5044.00. That is the same amount that we borrowed plus $44.00 more. Is there any help. Is there anything we can do!!! Are we the only ones is this situation?!?!

My warning to anyone is no matter how bad it gets financially DO NOT USE CASHCALL!!!
