I have apply for loan with this company they approve 2500 because I am behind a month due to financial problem they now say that I will owe 6,000 due to breach of contract

I am filing a report against Marcia McGill whom works for cashcall center I have spoken to her regarding my account because I am a month behind payment due to being off work for 25 days without pay, due to a death in the family. I have explain the problem with Ms McGill and try to make arrangements to resolve my debt.

My loan was for 2,500 and I have been paying 250 twice a month for at least 12mos. I cant believe that I still owe 2,500 on the loan and when speaking with Ms. McGill she insisted that I paid the full loan of 2,500 if not I will be charged 6,000 due to breach of contract. I have never heard of this before a loan for 2,500 and jumping to 6,000 this is outragous.

She is constantly calling my job and harrassing all my co-workers she has even called my head boss and their boss and she is totally getting out of control and just calling every five minutes. I work in the office with attorneys and they are getting upset with me due to this person calling and harrassing them regarding my situation, and now the whole office knows about my business due to this person who is with cashcall. I need help to get this person off my back please help
