Richard Vargas and staff of cashcall had arranged a personal loan and after loan was deposited in my cking acct immediate payments were started to pay a authorized once a month only payment. Now has gone beyond amount of time for loan and have had 24/7 harrasing phone calls for payments after they take 2 unauthorized amounts from my chking acct. No statement has ever been mailed to me to verify the account activity even after requesting one and always get gazillion phone numbers from gazillion callers threatening court appearances, suppeonas, sending over your information to judge so and so, callers sayiong they're lawyers or P.I.'s, talking about how my social security is being used by another person finding out it's cashcall. They harrass 24/7 and give menacing phone calls about harrassing my friends and family. Do not make a loan or any business with Cashcall, Inc P.O. Box 66007 Anaheim, CA 92816 Richard Vargas, Mrs. Murphy, or Gazillion other names.
